What you can expect for High Five 2018
In 2013, when we set out to create what became High Five. We wanted to do something different. If High Five was going to be just another conference, there was no reason for it to exist.
Our mantra, then and now, is to create a conference unlike any other. High Five Conference is more than an event to us—it’s a call to action for marketers and creatives to come together and harness their shared talents to achieve the extraordinary.
You might say this was a lofty goal. It was then and it still is today. We sought to build the bridge between marketers and creatives. And to do so successfully, we had to shed our natural tendencies, and think like marketers and creatives — at the same time. Our first event was a resounding success for one reason: we never skipped an opportunity to push the envelope. We didn’t cut corners, nor did we stop at the obvious answers. Our core team didn’t just execute on the brand, they lived it.
As we enter our fifth season, literally High Five five, we’re refocusing on our core purpose. For High Five to continue to be a conference unlike any other, we must continue to reflect, rethink, and revise. As such, we’re kicking off a series of posts about the big changes in store for High Five 2018.
Here’s a preview of what we’ll share over the next several weeks:
- Better lunch options, with a focus on networking and sustainability
- A new vision for exhibitors—moving from an “exhibit hall” mindset to a “branded experiences” mindset
- A refreshed High Five party concept, with the right blend of entertainment, networking, and fun
- A best-ever lineup of breakout and featured breakout presenters
High Five is a universal symbol of collaboration, teamwork, and success, and High Five 2018 will be the best one yet. We can’t wait to share what we have in store.
